Remember Ram-Sakshi's 'Love-making' Scene in Bade Acche Lagte Hai? (By Telly_News) (Thanked: 3 times)

Ekta Kapoor, the Queen of television recently admitted that the bold scene between Sakshi Tanwar and Ram Kapoor in serial, 'Bade Acche Lagte Hai' was one of the biggest mistake of her career. In fact, the lady has decided to never show any kind of bold content in her shows.

At the press conference of 'Kundali Bhagya' which was held in Delhi on 28th June, Ekta Kapoor was questioned about the bold content on small screen. To which she replied, "I think, showcasing the intimate scene between Ram and Sakshi was one of the biggest mistake of my career. I mean, the show which was having the TRP of above 6 point was suddenly dropped to 2 point. That was really shocking. But at the same time, the digital platform received 10 lakhs views on the same day. So, I have understood that the small screen audience are very different as compared to the digital ones."

She further added, " I know how it feels when you are watching TV with your parents. It's not that edgy content is bad, but you prefer watching it separately. Henceforth, I have decided to provide only conservative content in my shows."

Almost four years back, Ram Kapoor had surprised his fans when he locked his lips with co-actor Sakshi Tanwar for as long as seventeen minutes in a bedroom scene.

While the television audience of Bade Achhe Lagte Hain was left in shock, many watching the programme with their kids had switched off the show in a jiffy.

Infact, Ekta Kapoor suffered a great loss in terms of TRP.

And now, after the success of Kumkum Bhagya, Ekta Kapoor is all set to bring forth the spin-off of this hit show, titled Kundali Bhagya. She launched the show in Delhi with the cast Dheeraj Dhoopar, Shraddha Arya, Anjum Fakih and Manit Joura.
